Light behind the bar brings it up once the kitchen goes quiet. Eight hours of work, and a corner of a city that fits on a shelf.

1. Check to ensure the batteries are charged andyou have placed the batteries at rightdirections. Then make sure the battery switch is atthe 'ON' position.(Please see Note on the detailspage for the required battery model.)2. Check to see the LED light and the wires arecomplete and not broken.3. Check the touch mother board is completeand not broken:see the electric component partsembedded on are full and welded firmly. Makesure that the wires are connected accurately.Redwires are connected to Positive electrode,blackwires are connected to Negative electrode.4. Check the same color wires are connected

How long does it stay on with the touchlight ? Will itturn off itself?

The light in the book nook kit will be on if youpress the switch. It will turn off if you press itagain. Unless the batteries run out,it will not turnoff itself.
